Troy is the Founder and Director of TALENTD. With over 10 years’ experience recruiting the best Sales, Digital & eCommerce talent across EMEA & APAC, he is well-positioned to advise on how to recruit top talent or find you that perfect role.
When not recruiting he will be spending time with his young family, down at the beach or watching any game of football he can.
India-Rose Fisher - Digital Recruitment Consultant
India has joined us from the UK with 3 years of Marketing recruitment experience. She brings extensive Marketing knowledge to all our clients and candidates. Known for her friendly, people-first approach, she’s passionate about connecting talent with the best opportunities.
Outside of work, she loves exploring new places, diving into a good book and is looking forward to having her dog, Ted, join her in Sydney very soon!
Dylan Marshall - Sales Recruitment Consultant
Originally from the UK, Dylan started his recruitment journey in the property sector. Once he moved down under, he dived head first into the exciting world of Sales & Client Services. Dylan is perfect to reach out to if you are in need of GTM talent.
In his spare time, Dylan is an avid rugby player, who still hasn't written off making the British & Irish Lions team in 2025.
